Returns & Refunds
Returning your product because you changed your mind:
Please let us know that you wish to return your items and why.
Please return your items in unused and original condition within 30 days, and you will receive a refund, if your returned product meets the terms and conditions.
Buyer must cover the return postage costs.
Returning a faulty item:
If your product arrives damaged, please get in touch to arrange a return or exchange. You must send photos of the fault as proof. Exchanges will be posted out in accordance with current processing times.
Damage to items due to negligence after purchase is not covered in the refund policy. Please refer to the care card provided in your order to care for your items accordingly.
